The ASPRA MT30 INduct is an advanced multi-phase in-line air filtration system designed for the efficient cleaning of large volumes of supply and/or exhaust air from a wide range of pollutant, all at once. The ASPRA MT30 is the ideal air filtration system for sectors as industry, horticulture, and other high-demand environments., where various air pollutants are dominant.
With its high capacity of up to 3000 m³/h, it effectively purifies large volumes of air, removing aerosols and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The result is clean air free from particles, pathogens, gases, and odors.
The ASPRA MT30 is a multi-phase air purification system designed for permanent and efficient removal of airborne pollutants. It integrates several advanced filtration stages:
- Pre-Filtration – Captures coarse particles, PM10, and insects in a durable pre-filter.
- (Ultra)Fine Particle Filtration – Removes PM2.5, PM1, ultrafine particles, nanoparticles, and microbial agents by electrically charging and collecting them inside the system.
- Pathogen Deactivation – Microbes are inactivated by the electric field within the ASPRA and safely trapped on the collector.
- Gas & Odor Filtration – Using the VFA MT25 module with high-capacity adsorption through activated carbon cylinders, industrial gases and odors are effectively removed.
- Final Filtration – Targets coarse particles and/or specific gaseous compounds beyond the dominant VOCs for optimal air quality.
The ASPRA MT30 is designed for purifying inlet, return, or exhaust air of industrial machines and ventilation systems. Engineered with installation flexibility in mind, it allows seamless integration into ventilation ducts and systems and can be:
- Mounted on walls
- Suspended from ceilings
- Placed freestanding on floor / platform
