The ASPRA PMC is a unique self-cleaning industrial air purifier developed for the cleaning up to 10,000 m³/h of air with HEPA grade while consuming only 700 Watts. It efficiently removes coarse dust (>PM10), fine dust (PM10, PM2.5, PM1), and ultrafine particles, providing a healthy and comfortable working environment with low energy consumption.
It is a multi-stage filtration system combining uniquely efficient features:
- Self-cleaning and collection mechanism for coarse dust collection – Particles >PM10 adhere to the inside of the unit and are automatically collected in a specially designed container, reducing maintenance.
- Fine particle filtration – Remaining PM10, PM2.5, PM1, and ultrafine particles and pathogens are captured on special open-structure collectors (particle filters).
This efficient design reduces operational and cleaning costs while ensuring high-quality indoor air.
The ASPRA PMC is ideal solution for implementation on any industrial work-floor, especially where high dust load is evident.
The self cleaning mechanism offers additional unique advantage, mainly where the coarse particles are in fact part of the raw materials used in the production process. The collected material is standard collected into the dedicated integrated bin within the system, yet, a centralized particle transport system can easily be implemented / added.
The ASPRA PMC is easily upgraded into Smart version to act as a responsive air purification system which automatically reacts and adjusts own settings based on actual air quality, making it ideal sustainable solution for economical and continuous operations. It is designed with integrated controlers for centralized or decentralized monitoring and control and is compatible with Building Management Systems (BMS).
